Cancellation/No-Shows

Much of our business is appointment based which only works when appointments are kept. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time especially for you and are here for you and we ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

We do realize that real life sometimes gets in the way of previously made plans. For this reason, it is our policy to give each client a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

However, the 2nd time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we require that future appointments be held by a credit card deposit. All missed appointments will be charged 25% of the service charge.

Pre-Payment

Reservations for appointments $200 and over are assured with a 25% credit card deposit or gift card. All packages will require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling, wtih the balance due on the day of service by one form of payment. Any service or package requiring a deposit that is a no call/no-show within a 24 hour period will forfeit said deposit.

Children

We love our clients and their families. But in order that you, and our other valued clients can fully enjoy your experience, unless children are receiving a service or can sit in the waiting area unattended, it would be best to make other arrangements during your visit.
